Having a problem with wate heater. Its minor and mfg says can probablydo it kyself but its gas so want a licensed plumber. The temperature and relieve valve needs to be placed or the expansion tank. Water is coming out of the pipe connected to the temperature and release valve. I also have some other minor things needed like replacing a shower head, a washer im sink and toilet flish valve
