Project Sunshine is a national non-profit organization that provides free social, recreational, and educational programs to children facing medical challenges and their families. Our Stony Brook Chapter is well known in the organization as a model chapter. We have been featured in news outlets and won multiple awards. The Masquerade Ball was created in 2012 and has become a campus tradition ever since. We expect at least 300 attendees based on the success of previous years. The Ball also has attracted over 30 local restaurants and stores to donate food and raffle prizes. All the proceeds will go to providing children in hospitals with free arts and crafts activities both at Stony Brook hospital and around the world. In past years, sponsors and donors have provided their services free of charge since we are TAX DEDUCTABLE and we provide excellent advertisement of your business in our promotional materials. Therefore our budget does not traditionally have room for it. Email us if you have a reasonable price (though the tax deduction may not be then usable). Please let us know no later than 1/21/17.
