I am a real estate agent and I need a handyman who can get some repair work done for a home. A few things came up on the appraisal and I need to receive a bid as soon as possible for these repairs:
Exterior Door Installation. Also, the back door was broken into...so the door jam, door, deadbolt/door knob etc. needs to be replaced (exterior door)
- A shower head needs to be installed in the bathroom
- water heater to be connected.
This work WILL have to be performed, It is a requirement for the type of loan my client is receiving. I'm not wasting your time.
