Looking to get my heat pump unit which is the outdoor unit replaced for my rental home. Currently have a 2 and half ton Trane X R 11, installed in 2004. The compressor is not working. The heat pump is outdoor and part of it is the attic. Heat is working but air conditioning is not working.
