We are replacing our gas furnace, we have put too much money into it. I think we need between 60k and 100k BTU's. Our house is 1,500 sqft, over 2 floors. We do not want York or Amana brands. We prefer Bryant, Trane, Rheem, Lennox, Carrier or American Standard.
