Then restart your computer. Device Manager will re-install the video driver.
- Download the Newest Video Driver: Visit the website of the Netbook’s manufacturer. Download and install the newest Video Driver and BIOS for your Netbook. After the drivers are installed, restart the computer.
- Slowly Open Your Screen All the Way: If the flicker stops at any point, the inverter is causing the flicker.
